8:45 am auspicious time for Dashain Tika
Sep 24, 2016- The Nepal Panchanga Nirnayak Samiti (Calendar Determination Committee) has determined 8:45 am as the most auspicious time for receiving Tika in this Dashain. The Dashain Tika is on October 12 this year.
However, the Tika can be received at any time on that day, according to Chairperson of the Committee, Prof Ramchandra Gautam.
Chairperson Gautam also shared that 8:37 am on October 2 is the most auspicious time to replace the national flag with the new one at the government offices and Nepal Army's offices.
According to the committee, 8:35 am on October 1 is the most auspicious time for Gatashthapana-the first day of the 10-day celebration.
Likewise, the committee has determined 7:29 am on October 8 as the most auspicious time for conducting Fulpati.
